- The infrared light stimulates the cells mitochondria to make more fuel for the cell itself which in turn helps your tissues work and heal faster
- Infrared light triggers collagen production and elastin production keeping your skin firmer / youthful
- Blood flow is stimulated as well by the infrared light the widens blood vessels and improves circulation which brings more oxygen to your tissues (my personal favorite reason to use it!)

My name is Sam and I am located in Waterville, Maine and am looking forward to meeting you, working with you to improve blood circulation, muscle movement and provide a relaxing session to help you decompress from your day-to-day. I completed my massage license in 2020 and have previous experience from working in a hotel spa, doing traveling massage, and am continuously adding to my education through the ABMP network.
