This is just a reminder of my upcoming vacation on June 24th. I will be back in the Salon on July 9th with limited space available that week and the following week. If you experience difficulties booking through my website, please don't hesitate to reach out for assistance. Valued clients . There will be a revision too my current cancellation policy . All clients that book any service with me will be required to have a credit card on file . Your card will be charged according to my current cancellation and no-show policy. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding to ensure that my business runs smoothly and efficiently. I need to implement these changes .

Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of my salon and to accommodate all clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Advance Notice:
Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients on the waiting list.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps offset the lost time and resources.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Communication:
I encourage open communication regarding any schedule changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Exceptions:
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
