Makeup by Courtney Ackerman

I really enjoyed caring for others. Any chance I got I was fixing my client's hair, doing their nails, putting jewelry on them, and applying some makeup. They looked beautiful & they loved it, however my supervisor's didn't. That's when I knew I was in the wrong field. A good friend of mine brought to my attention an opportunity that I will never forget. I began working at a local boutique, Fancy Schmancy, and began going to trainings through Motives by Loren Ridinger, and learning makeup application hands on. I became an Unfranchise business owner through Market America. My new found passion felt wonderful. Most importantly I felt complete!!! I yearned for even more, so I signed up at a local area beauty college, and earned my MakeUp Artist Certificate!! I love what I do & I extremely love making people look & feel beautiful!!
