We are so grateful you've chosen us for your hair extension journey. To ensure every appointment runs smoothly and provides the best experience possible, we've updated our extension policies.
Please take a moment to review them before booking or your next visit.

Here's a quick reminder:
• A valid card on file is required to reserve all extension appointments.
• Hair will not be ordered until your consultation is complete and any required deposit has been received.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

These policies allow us to protect the time set aside just for you and ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect for our time. We can't wait to create your dream hair!
