Please read below as I close this chapter of Luxury Layne!!

Dear valued clients,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this letter to inform you that I will be closing my salon doors at Ambers Esthetics after being able to serve you for a wonderful year. Due to unforeseen circumstances in my personal and professional life, the decision to close was not an easy one.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support over the past year. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know each and every one of you and provide you with the best services I could. Your continued patronage has meant the world to me and I am truly grateful for each of you.

It is bittersweet saying goodbye. I have met some incredible people along this journey who have become lifelong friends. My treatment room might be closing but I will never forget the memories, special announcements, and accomplishments that we shared together. Thank you all once again for your understanding and support during this challenging time.

That being said, my last day at the salon will be December 19, 2024. If you would like a last minute appointment, need to buy a product, or use a gift card please reach out to me so I can accommodate you in any way possible.

April 11,2023 I had started a new journey. I had enrolled in the esthetics program in the next town over from where I lived. I knew it wasn’t to be easy by any means but it was about time I did something for myself. The toll of driving 2 hours everyday to school sometimes was hard and exhausting. I juggled mom life 3 kiddos, after school sports and events, being a wife and my cleaning job once a week all while staying up every night after I put the kiddos to bed to study and do my homework. But this journey has been nothing short of amazing. There have been a lot of battles fought, lots of tears, belly laughs, stories that will never be forgotten and memories that I will cherish. I met the best group of girls who made a huge imprint on my heart. I had some great teachers/mentors and staff members along the way. I had some amazing support from all my family, friends, clients and loved ones. After 5 months, 20 weeks and 600 hours I FINALLY graduated. It felt so amazing to finally see this finish line after everything I had been through and dealt with. I worked my ass off to where I am today. I have sacrificed most of my weekends to do all my extra specialty classes and certifications. I have OFFICIALLY PASSED BOTH MY WRITTEN AND HANDS ON STATE TESTS as well. As I finish school I close a chapter of my life but a new journey is just about to blossom. Keep an eye out for where LUXURY LAYNE LOUNGE will be laying down its roots. 😉

Something BIG happened today…..
I PASSED my state board written test. 🤍
This was weighing pretty heavy on my shoulders, I took my test for the first time last week not knowing what to expect or anything about it. I missed it by 4. I was so mad at myself and down on myself for sure. But my Estie Besties, family,friends, teachers, and mentors never once let me have self doubt for long or give up they all rallied next to me we all studied day in and day out, I put in a lot of late nights, and work to prepare for another chance at it and it all paid off today. There were definitely tears of joy when my proctor
told me I passed!!

A HUGE thanks to everyone around me for all the prayers, help studying, encouraging texts and messages, all the FaceTimes, phone calls and out pouring of love. I appreciate my village and I couldn’t have done it without any of them. 🩵

This was a pretty satisfying 1st wax at a man’s ears. He was a trooper and is now a returning client of mine.
