WALK-IN DAY POLICY
• First-Come, First-Served
We operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis with an in-person waitlist.
→To join the list, you must come into the salon and provide your name and a valid phone number.
>Please note: We do not accept waitlist requests via phone call or text.

Waitlist Process
Once added to the waitlist, you’re welcome to stay in the salon or leave and return later. When it’s your turn, you’ll receive a text message.
From that moment, you’ll have 15 minutes to return to the salon.
>If you do not arrive within that window, your spot will be released to the next guest.
>You can also remove yourself from the waitlist via the same text system.
Wait Times
Wait times will vary depending on each client’s requested services. We kindly ask for your patience, kindness, and respect as we do our best to accommodate everyone.

~ To help manage your time, we post live wait time updates on our page every walk-in day, we update hourly or as needed.
You are welcome to call us for an update — just keep in mind, we cannot add you to the waitlist over the phone. ~

We are so honored and grateful that we had the opportunity to be a part of Hubbard Trail Days! It was such a fun and successful event, not only for us but for all of the amazing local businesses that came together to make the weekend so special.

A huge thank you to Sugar Creek Trading Company and Bookish: Book Café & Wine Bar for allowing us to be a part of this event and for thinking of XO Nail Salon! We are truly so grateful to be included and to be surrounded by so many wonderful local businesses and people who care so much about our community. Events like this are such a great reminder of how special it is when local businesses come together and support one another. 💕

We got to meet so many new faces, see so many familiar faces, and welcome some returning clients into the salon! We truly feel so blessed to have such an amazing community that continues to support us, encourage us, and show up for our small business in so many different ways.
