We say consistency is the name of the game, Connor is living proof. He started training with me years ago in the park and has consistently shown up at the studio for over a year.
Last Friday, Connor hit an incredible hip thrust PR — 400 lbs for 3 sets of 10, which calculates to an estimated 530 lb 1RM. To say I’m proud of him would be an understatement. His hard work, discipline, and dedication continue to pay off in a big way.
Connor will be playing high school soccer this fall, and I can’t wait to see everything ahead for him. The future is bright. 💪❤️

Big news! Our 2026 Small Business Grant recipients have officially been chosen!
With in-person interviews and a detailed scoring process, our incredible panel of judges thoughtfully reviewed every application. We’re excited to celebrate the five amazing businesses awarded this year’s grant!

Today marks 2 years of our business, and my heart is so full.
What started as a dream has grown into something so meaningful because of every person who has trusted, supported, and encouraged me along the way. This business has been built on more than services — it has been built on connection, kindness, and the relationships that have come from it.
I’m truly grateful for every appointment booked, every referral shared, and every person who has cheered us on these past two years.
