I provide quality straight razor restoration, custom straight razor scales, and straight razor honing. I provide straight razor honing and restoration services.
I have large experience in honing all kinds of straight razors on a wide variety of sharpening stones. I use synthetic and natural stones depending on the razor, and also by request from customers. I offer full custom or original restores of straight razors. The restoration work consists of blade cleaning with a buffer with options for satin to mirror polish (depending on the individual razor). For sale NOS Friede Japanese straight. This frameback is NOS in factory condition. It measures 13/16" and comes with a box and paperwork. The blade closes tight in the scales. Those razors take a very nice edge.

Available for sale: NOS Eiko Japanese straight. 7/8" quarter hollow, in factory condition. Perfect tight scales , the blade closes center. Eiko are superb shavers made from highest quality Hitachi white #2 steel. They take superb edge and are very easy to hone. Those are not very common in NOS condition.

Restored and re-scaled Appolo, 13/16" half hollow with decorated spine. I made the scales from transparent purple acrylic and used brass pins with stainless washers for the hardware. This turned out to be a very smooth shaver. SOLD

Restored and re-scaled Herder #77. This one I did in transparent purple acrylic with pearl ivory acrylic wedge. Brass pins and stainless washers.
