Important June Updates from Cuts & Confidence

Hello everyone,

We wanted to share some exciting personal news — Otto is officially out on paternity leave as he and his family prepare to welcome their new son very soon. We are incredibly happy for them and appreciate everyone’s support during this special time.

While Otto is away, day-to-day operations and communication will primarily be handled by Eli. Because of this, response times may vary a bit more than usual, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.

We also kindly ask that clients refrain from texting Otto directly while he is on leave so he can fully enjoy this important time with his family.

As we work through a very full schedule over the next several weeks, we’d like to remind everyone of a few important policies and procedures to help keep the days running smoothly:

• Our 48-hour cancellation policy remains in effect, and cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Moving forward, we will be enforcing this policy more strictly. Any cancellation fees that are unpaid will be added onto the client’s next appointment total to help ensure appointments are being respected and rebooked promptly.

• Please make every effort to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. During this busy period, arriving right at your appointment time may put us behind schedule for the remainder of the day. Showing up early allows us to keep appointments running efficiently, stay on time for every client, and continue providing the highest level of service possible. If you arrive early, please feel free to relax and wait your turn while we finish up with the previous client.

Otto is expected to return sometime in late June or early July with limited availability at first. If you are hoping to book with him, we highly encourage planning a few appointments ahead to secure the dates and times that work best for you.

Cuts & Confidence Family,

We wanted to share a couple exciting updates regarding Otto and the future growth of the shop.

First off, Otto and his family will be welcoming a new baby boy this June, and he will be taking paternity leave for the majority of the month. We’re incredibly excited for him and this special season of life.

Otto is expected to return on July 1st, and availability upon his return will fill up very quickly. Because of this, we highly recommend booking your next couple appointments ahead of time to secure the dates and times that work best for you.

We also want to share that beginning July 1st, Otto’s service pricing will be adjusted to reflect our standard shop pricing structure:

• Haircuts — $55
• Kid’s Haircut — $45
• Hair Wash — $5
• Beard Service — $25
• Haircut + Beard Service — $75

Over the year, Otto has done an incredible job growing with Cuts & Confidence, refining his craft, building relationships, and consistently delivering high-level service to every client who sits in his chair. This adjustment reflects both his growth as a barber and the continued growth of our shop as a whole.

To keep things fair and consistent for all clients, these updated prices will apply across the board moving forward. We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support as our team and business continue to grow.

We completely understand that pricing changes can affect everyone differently, and we never take your support for granted. Whether you continue booking with us moving forward or have supported us at any point along the journey, we truly appreciate every single person who has helped Cuts & Confidence grow into what it is today.

We also want to remind everyone that you can easily manage your appointments through the Square Go app, currently available on Apple devices. The app allows you to quickly view upcoming appointments, book new services, reschedule, or cancel appointments in just a few clicks.
