A little facelift for the salon and looking forward until we can all meet again.

We regret to inform you that we have temporarily closed the salon due to the most recent mandate from Governor Evers. If you have an appointment booked in the near future we will be in contact to help get you rescheduled.

We will keep you updated concerning a reopening date and look forward to seeing you all again soon!

The health and safety of both our clients and team members is always our top concern. So we take seriously the potential spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to doing our part to prevent it. We continue to monitor guidance from the CDC and are taking necessary precautions.

* At this time we will continue to do business as usual with extra precautions. We realize there may need to be changes in the future and will inform our guests if/ when that time comes.

In the meantime we are asking: ⬇️

🔹 If you are not feeling well please reschedule your service. We will not be able to service anyone with flu-like symptoms.
🔹 Please do not bring along any extra guests to your appointment, including children.

We will continue to follow a stringent infection prevention protocol. Some of the extra safety steps we are undertaking include:
- Wiping stations and chairs with anti-bacterial cleansing solution after each client
- Wiping down frequently used surfaces
- Having hand sanitizer available throughout the salon for clients and staff
- Continuing to sanitize combs, brushes and other tools after each use
- Reminding our team members not to come in if they feel any indications of sickness

We are more than excited to welcome Hollynn Massage to Urban Roots! Holly is a wonderful massage therapist and friend, and we are happy to add her to our family! Come check her out! ~ (and really, who couldn't use a post-holiday massage?)

Today marks the day of our 1yr anniversary of opening Urban Roots. It has been such a successful year, because of YOU!! We can't thank you enough for all of your support and encouragement (along with some patience and understanding) along the way! You are our family and have allowed us to do what we love, so THANK YOU!! Here's to many more years together!
