Due to an increase in no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and last-minute appointment changes over the past several weeks, I’m updating my booking policy 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 1𝙨𝙩.

I completely understand that plans can change, life happens, and I’ve been there too. However, as an appointment-only studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes make it difficult to fill that time and directly affects my schedule and availability for other clients.

This update is to help keep appointments fair and reliable for everyone. If you already have appointments scheduled, I kindly ask that you follow this updated policy moving forward. Thank you so much for your understanding and support of my studio.

A valid card on file is required to reserve any appointment. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or appointment change.

When booking multiple services (manicure + pedicure), each service reserves dedicated appointment time. A combined appointment may require 3+ hours of my schedule.
If you decide to remove one service during your appointment time with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee for that service will apply, as that time was reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be filled on short notice. (𝗔𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱.)

I promise I’m a reasonable person 😉.
This policy isn’t meant to discourage rescheduling. It’s simply in place to respect everyone’s time, keep appointments running smoothly, and reduce last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and appointment changes made without enough notice.
Please don’t ever feel bad if you need to change your appointment. I completely understand that life happens. What matters most is giving me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
