You are not born with sensitive skin. It's either dry, oily, or a combination of the two. Sensitivity that includes stinging, burning, redness, extreme dryness or flaking, and skin feeling tight is a sign of a compromised skin barrier, which is an easy fix! Stick to a gentle creamy cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF daily. Once the skin barrier is repaired, other products can be added to target specific skin concerns.
