🌿BOOKING, CANCELLATION POLICY🌿

•BOOKING•

Walk-ins are always welcome. We have passionate stylists eager to grow their businesses. In order to appropriately accommodate your schedule, it is advisable for our guests to book your beauty experiences in advance. Evenings and weekends are in highest demand. They are the first appointments we book.

We do our absolute best to be available and flexible for our guests. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the luxury products and services we have to offer within our Lanza Healing Center Salon.

•CANCELLATIONS•

Guest appointments are extremely important to us. We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. In order to avoid any late or cancellation fees, our Wildfire Salon team requires each guest to give a minimum 24 hour notice. If guests need to cancel their appointments less than 24 hours advance, please reach out to us ASAP 419-404-9001. Violation of this policy will be resolved via invoice for 50% of their cancelled service.

•NO CALL NO SHOWS•

Guests who simply do not show up to their scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of their missed service, via invoice.

•LATE ARRIVALS•

If guests arrive late 15 minutes or more, we cannot ensure their scheduled service can be performed that day. We cannot penalize other guests scheduled times to accommodate tardiness.

•BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT•

All of our stylists are BB certified and require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before booking a Brazilian Blowout. This deposit will be put towards your scheduled Blowout. Any cancellation violations may forfeit this deposit.

•EXTENSIONS•

All of our stylists who are AE Certified require NON-REFUNDABLE paid in full hair purchase before booking an extension service. Any cancellation violations may forfeit this deposit.

•INVOICES•

All invoices are required to be paid within 24 hours.
Our team may not be able to re book your appointment without guest providing payment or future payment information.

•CHILDREN•

Children are always welcome in or salon for their own appointment. If they must come along to another individuals appointment, you will also need to provide additional adult supervision for each child during your personal appointment. Our Artists schedules do not permit extra time for childcare.

At Wildfire Salon our team works very hard to keep all our guests happy. We must implement these policies to ensure structure and balance within the workplace that our guests have grown to love. When guests are late, cancel, or simply do not show up, our team cannot fill the neglected appointment. In turn are not compensated for their loss of income.

Prior to booking our team may collect proper guest information to keep on file.

😱So I’ve decided I have went about this wrong, I should have never stopped accepting new clients!!!!

🙌🏽My services are in high demand and I have waiting lists. So that being said I am going to be accepting NEW clients alongside of Loyal❤️clients as well.

💓I have had to take some time off and I appreciate everyone being so accommodating.

🔥I’ve used some of this time to evaluate my supply and demand. I have done hair almost 20 years and have decided starting in June 2021 I will be increasing my chemical prices $10-$40 depending on technique and extending your relaxation time.🧡
