We love the people we meet at the park, so many laughs over the course of the year. What a great season we’ve had! Thanks to the fine folks of Wauwatosa, the out of staters and the people from all over the state to see us. The park wouldn’t be what it is without you.

As we happily welcome back, our friends at for this week Sunday sauna social, we are taking a moment to look back to our very first Sunday sauna social in which they also hosted. This is fitting as we are approaching the end of our first season, this very first Sunday sauna social was mostly comprised of friends, it wasn’t at our flagship location in Wauwatosa at Hart Park and yet it still carried the same fun, peaceful, shared experience of moving your body, getting outside, and connecting with others. This is the heart of Heat Haven. We are so grateful, and thrilled at all the relationships with our local business partners, the city of Wauwatosa, and above all, the incredible people who have come to visit us this first season. We still have a few weeks left, and we hope to see you again.

When Heat Haven started we wanted to find a sauna hat that embodied a bit of who we are and who we wanted to be...

We wanted a one of a kind hat made in the USA, from up-cycled materials, and filled with personality.

When we couldn't find what we were looking for we decided it was time to engage an expert. Thats when Jesse convinced a crafty little lady in Minnesota to create a hat that we would be proud to sell at Heat Haven.

Löyly Lids are hand made in the USA, from up-cycled bath towels, and not a single hat is the same. We love them and we are so glad you do too.

Right now you can only buy these hats at Heat Haven. That's because the lady who makes them is Jesse's mom and she doesn't know how to build a website yet. 🤷‍♂️ One day she will get there.

We roast a lot of marshmallows at Heat Haven Sauna Park... and we love it. That's because anyone is always invited to come hang by the fire and roast a marshmallow, free of charge. No Sauna session needed. All ages welcome. Just hang, warm up, and enjoy being outside. Even on warm spring days!

Here’s a new one! Improvisational fiction by the fire. Come to the sauna park Saturday 4/4 and during your session you will chat with author, and all around delightful human, David Haznaw, who will provide wit and storytelling based on his interactions with YOU.
