I took on nursing school and almost lost it all I’ll be up front it’s not a sob story it’s our story and we never want to not be able to be there but sometimes we have to
We don’t have another job as backup this is it
We have took in using massagebook / finished with school/ and there is 2 of us so when we have to reschedule please know we don’t take it lightly either and we do offer free service and next day to get you in
And sometimes you as the client can not have that with your schedule and that’s ok we are not for everyone because of our life and how we have to run our business but I promise we do take pride in everything we offer and who we are
We just sometimes have life life too much and we are the back up we don’t have a village we don’t have help it’s just us !!!!!

A little reminder about what it means to book with a very small business ❤️

If we ever have to reschedule you, please know that I don’t take that lightly.

I know you’re in pain. I know you’ve been looking forward to your appointment. I know your schedule matters. And I promise you, I don’t wake up thinking, “Who can I inconvenience today?” 😂

The reality is… it’s just us.

When I can’t be there, there isn’t always another therapist waiting in the wings. Sometimes I can offer Jeremy. Sometimes I can move things around. Sometimes I can stay late, come in early, squeeze you into a day that was already full, or find a way to get you in when I technically didn’t have room.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve told someone, “Keep your appointment—we’ll work around that school event.”

I’ve stayed late. I’ve opened the book when it was closed. I’ve squeezed people into already-packed days. I’ve offered discounts when I could. I’ve done my best to make things work because I genuinely care about my clients.

And sometimes… I have to ask for that same grace in return.

When I don’t work, I don’t get paid. When I don’t get paid, the bills don’t magically stop. There isn’t a corporate office covering payroll or a whole staff of therapists who can simply step in.

And yes, sometimes life happens.

Sometimes it’s family. Sometimes it’s kids. Sometimes it’s something heavy going on behind the scenes that you may never know about. Sometimes it’s simply that I am one human being trying to keep all the plates in the air.

I’ve tried to balance running this business with school, family, and everything else life has thrown at me. There have been times when I was stretched so thin I honestly wasn’t sure how I was going to keep everything together.

That’s not a sob story. That’s my story.

I chose to own a small business because I wanted to build something meaningful, serve my community, and have some control over my life.

But owning a small business also means there isn’t always a backup plan.

So if we have to reschedule you, please know this:

We aren’t taking your appointment, your pain, your time, or your trust for granted.

We’re trying to take care of you and keep this little business standing.

And just like you’ve had days when you needed grace from us, there may be days when we need a little grace from you.

We’ll do our best to make it right.

We’ll communicate.

We’ll try to get you in with Jeremy when that’s an option.

We’ll look for the next available opening.

And we’ll keep showing up and doing what we love.

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t a big corporation. It’s us. It’s our family. It’s our livelihood. It’s our little business that we’ve worked incredibly hard to build.

And we’re grateful you’re here. ❤️

You can choose how much touch feels comfortable.
You never have to explain why.

Your body belongs to you.
