As one of the founding members of the GO TEXAN Program, it’s always an honor to see Burleson’s Honey featured at the Texas State Fair. Our products have proudly carried the GO TEXAN logo for more than 20 years.

GO TEXAN represents Texas agribusiness at the state, national, and international levels, helping build recognition for Texas products and connect consumers with goods made right here in the Lone Star State. So make sure you swing by the GO TEXAN Pavilion to check out and support all of the great Texas products out there.

September may be National Honey Month, but at Burleson’s, every month is a celebration of the sweet legacy we’ve been building since 1907. From our Texas roots to every bottle on your table, there’s a whole lot of history, hard work, and heart in every drop. Here’s to the bees, the beekeepers, and 119 years of doing what we love. 💛

From light and golden to rich and deep, every shade tells a story. For 119 years, Burleson’s has been bringing the natural goodness of honey from hive to your table. Different colors, different flavors, one Texas legacy.

Ever notice your honey getting a little cloudy, thick, or grainy? Don’t worry, it hasn’t gone bad! It’s crystallizing.

Crystallization is a completely natural process that happens when the glucose in honey separates from the water in the honey. In fact, it’s one of the many signs you’re enjoying real, natural honey. And if you prefer your honey smooth and pourable? No problem. Just gently warm the bottle in a hot-water bath and it’ll smooth right back out.

After five generations and more than a century of making honey, Burleson’s knows a thing or two about what’s natural and what’s not.

So don’t toss the bottle. Crystals aren’t the end of your honey. They’re just part of the story.

Last Saturday, we shared a table at H-E-B next to our friends at Shiner B**r, sampled Burleson’s Honey, and celebrated two legacy Texas brands.

There was plenty of interest in trying our three Burleson’s Honey varietals: Organic, Clover, and Orange Blossom. Each one brings something unique to the table, so it’s always fun seeing which varietal people gravitate toward most.

That’s what we call a sweet time in Texas.

Just one of the sweet little tricks we’ve picked up over 100+ years of honey-making.✨ Before pouring honey, lightly coat your spoon with olive oil. The honey will slide right off, making baking easier. Save this tip for your next baking day! 🍯
