Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy moving forward.

• 24+ Hours Notice: Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled with no charge.

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• No-Show Appointments: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Invoices for cancellation and no-show fees will be sent automatically and must be paid before booking future appointments.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it is often impossible to fill that time slot and it directly impacts my income.
