Holistic Nursing & Amma Massage

"Amma" the oldest Chinese word to describe massage, is an ancient therapeutic bodywork/massage based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a extremely specialized form of massage therapy, it combines deep tissue manipulation with the application of pressure, friction & touch to special "points" along the energetic pathways of the body. This massage helps bring balance to the mind, body & spirit thus promoting healing both physical & spiritual.
