Please give me 24 hours at the very least if you need to reschedule your appointment.
I pay for the features my booking system sends out (3 different times) to confirm/cancel your appointments to try and prevent last minute cancels!
When you cancel without 24+ hours notice you are considered a no-show and my system keeps up with that ratio per client!
What it means when you no show your appointment is I am without pay for that allotted amount of time. For color that is 2 and 1/2 hours of sitting around not getting paid.. which is NO fun. I can usually fill those appointments if you give me 24 + hours. When you don’t show up or notify me at that point it’s not even an option to fill these spots.
I have several people on a waiting list who would like to get in before school but I am unable to schedule them with out a proper heads up. Please be considerate of my time, as I am considerate about yours!
Obviously emergencies are a different story and I totally understand things come up! I will always work with you on those circumstances. 💕
