Next time you wash your hair I want you to hear my voice in your head!! Shampoo, Rinse, and REPEAT!!!

Shampoos are meant to break up oils in the hair and cleanse your scalp and they do a great job but luckily whatever you are using isn’t (hopefully 🤞🏻) as strong as Dawn dish soap! So if you’re washing your hair once, twice, maybe three times a week you should shampoo rinse and repeat it at least once maybe twice if your hair is extra dirty.

Hot tip** oil and water don’t mix! If your shampoo isn’t making your hair feel clean then add a little shampoo to your hair before getting it wet. It will help break up the oil.
