Officially 28 trips around the sun ✨
Survived year one of my Saturn return—and damn, what a year. I’m stepping into 28 living a life I didn’t even know was possible this time last year.
I knew a lot could change in a year but I would have never imagined that at 28 I would be surrounded by so much love, building my own business, doing what I love, and finally finding my people.
My cup is overflowing with gratitude and I’d do every twist and turn all over again. 27 was one of the most transformative years of my life, but I know 28 is only gonna get better✨
SO many of you sit in the chair worried about being “annoying” or “too much”…
But the best appointments happen when you feel comfortable speaking up!
So here are a few things I promise are 100% okay to say 👇🏼

3️⃣ “Can you explain what you’re doing?” You should feel confident and informed the whole time.
4️⃣ “This feels a little too hot.” Please tell me. I never want you to be uncomfortable!
5️⃣ “I’d prefer no photos or videos today.” Totally okay.
