The trapezius muscle - a contributor to lots of cases of neck, shoulder, and mid back stress... Can you see why? It encompasses the upper spine, and attaches onto both shoulders and tucks into the back of your neck. If this surface muscle is tight, then all the other muscles underneath it will get squeezed by the trapezius muscle!

Wishing all of our clients, family, and friends a safe and happy holiday season. Holidays can, however, be stressful and high pressure. Here are our tips for reducing your holiday stress:

1. Decide what you want to remember about this holiday 10 years from now, then do that. Realize that much of the pressure around the holidays is self imposed and/or out of our control.

2. Harken back to the spirit of Thanksgiving, when we give thanks for what we have.
