I have 125 backpacks and drawstring bags being delivered tomorrow and ill be packing this weekend ill be at the shop tomorrow between 2-6 and Friday 9-5 if you would like to drop off supplies or a donation. I have about $50 left to spend currently to pack for these kiddos let's make this a great back to school a unforgettable one ☺️☺️

I have had a good bit of donations. If anyone would still like to donate school supplies you can drop off at the shop this week! I have had cash donations and also a bunch of supplies anything you have laying around that you didn't use previous years will work too.
If you or anyone you know who NEEDS school supplies please let me know including middle school and high school kids I feel sometimes those students don't get as much
If anyone has bookbags either gently used or new please laying around please send them my way 😊.

Meraki Salon

It's is approximately 1 month just shy of a month for the kids in the community going back to school. I would like for Meraki Salon to give back a little to some families in need with your help! Im asking if anyone would like to donate $5 to $10 dollars or you can simply go get a couple things that total that amount and drop of at the salon. I will then make a post reaching out to see who we can help with the things I have collected! I have seen multiple families already mention needing assistance so let's see what we can do!!!!

I will be unavailable until june 2nd I am on a much needed vacation with my family. Please give me this time to decompress and enjoy the much needed time with not only my kids, 2 sweet nieces and mother-n-law but also the love of my life. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New years I wanted to take a moment to first tell everyone how much I appreciate all of you and the love and support I have had over the years. I'm going into my 17th year in this industry 😳🥺😁 I have met so many wonderful people i have learned so much and grew so much through my career and I have also gained so many friendships and family throughout this amazing journey. No this isnt my fairwell speech 🤣🤣. But i do have somethings I need to speak on going into 2026 I will be making some changes not only will it be post here on my business page it will also be posted on my personal page and it will also be in the salon. Due to the amount of price increase of products that I have to purchase i will be making a slight price increase. That also goes for my haircut as well for children, men and women. The reasoning of this is well ya see the price of everything is just went up. I have not have any increase in my prices if a very long time and to make sure that I am making an actual profit and my family is taken care of this needs to happen and I hope everyone understands this. ...... As for the BIG CHANGE i will no longer be accepting any more no shows. I have made to many post about how disrespectful it is and how rude it is and at this point im just not going to tolerate it anymore. I have worked entirely to hard in my career to have clients book appointments and not show up and I hope that everyone can respect my time and my knowledge and the love and long hours I put into my work to just simply call well in advance to cancel your appointment. I cannot wait to see what this new years brings for all of my families, to share new memories and stories with you all and may we all be blessed to see another year happy and healthy!!!

I got the privilege of being able to be apart of a special client big day on Saturday! I missed getting 3 pictures of hair and everyone's make up because it was a VERY busy morning but let me just say this. Nothing was chaotic, Nicole was the most calm I have ever seen a bride and I couldn't have been more honored to be the one for her hair and make-up needs. She has been a very loyal client to me and deserved such a beautiful loving day and Saturday that's exactly what you felt in her bridal room as everyone was getting ready. I hope you and Dawn have a lifetime of happiness!
