Kara here, owner of Bohemian Esthetics! Today, I want to take a moment to say congratulations to our licensed nail tech, , on graduating high school!

Many of you may not realize this, but Emily is my daughter. I don’t mention it often because I’ve always wanted her talent to speak for itself. I’ve watched this sweet, beautiful girl create incredibly detailed artwork since she was little, even back in preschool. Her creativity has always been unique, and I often wondered where her artistic abilities would take her.

So when she started creating art on nails in high school, it all just made sense. We found a way to help her become licensed, and it has been so special having her work alongside me in the salon. As she continues on to college and follows her other passions, I feel incredibly blessed that I still get to have her by my side doing nails in the salon.

Emily may be quiet at times, but don’t let that fool you, she is anything but. She is fierce, strong willed, hardworking, kind, funny, empathetic, and incredibly determined. This is the kind of girl you want in your corner, and I could not be more proud of the person she has become and all she has accomplished to get where she is today.
