Q: Are there any supplements you can take that are good for your skin?

Yes! Supplements can help support healthy skin from the inside out, but they’re meant to complement a good skincare routine, not replace it.

Here are a few that I personally take to support my skin:

🌿 Collagen – May help improve skin hydration and elasticity over time.

🐟 Omega-3 Fatty Acids – Help support your skin barrier and may reduce dryness and inflammation.

🧡 Vitamin C – Essential for collagen production and helps protect the skin from environmental stressors.

✨ Zinc – May be beneficial for acne-prone skin and supports the skin’s natural healing process.

🥑 Vitamin E – An antioxidant that helps protect and nourish the skin.

The biggest difference comes from combining supplements with healthy habits:
