With school starting back and summer vacations coming to an end, getting bodywork in so that you feel like your best self is crucial, so do not hesitate to book your bliss today!

Pediatric Massage is moving to the Add-On menu and will no longer be available for stand alone bookings. If a parent or legal guardian would like to book a service for their child, they must do so in addiction with their own, individual, bodywork session.

Pediatric massage has, for a long time, held a special place in my heart as it educates our young people about their muscles, sitting with their own thoughts and feelings, and building upon the mind/body connection we are innately born with. All that said, I’ve struggled with whether or not to remove it from the menu due to lack of interest, and subsequently, bookings. As a body worker, my goal is to help as many people as possible, holistically, using the amazing power of massage - including kids! As a business owner, I had to take a hard look at the numbers and admit to myself a change was needed. I am hoping this is a compromise everyone is not only understanding of, but enthusiastic about as we set the example for our young people to care for themselves in real time!

Happy Monday everyone! OG’s will remember years ago when I used to post these weekly availabilities on my stories - well I’m brining it back and making them better! I’m a day past my goal, but the idea is for me to post these every Sunday for any and all inquiring minds seeking some rest and relaxation squeezed into their week 💕

Same day appointments are accepted, walk in’s ARE NOT. If you’d like to schedule a same day appointment please call to secure your spot. This allows ample time for clients to fill out intake forms, and time for me to make sure everything is perfect for your experience!

We are back after a very restful holiday weekend and can’t wait for you to see a few new decorations we hung on the walls… As you can see one of those decor items is a poster counting down the days until yours truly ties the knot, put up my the future Mr. Bespoke himself! We are only 82 days away from “I do.” AND a two week hiatus from us newlyweds so book your sessions - RIGHT. NOW. Especially if you are a Saturday’s only kinda person… you’re gonna wanna take my advice on this!

Before Body Bespoke ever came to be I decided every massage would give my clients what they needed no matter what, and for a long time aromatherapy was included in that too! When I started my LLC, I was disheartened at the MLM style business practices of dōTERRA and Young Living, skeptical of big store brand oils and what they may contain, and overwhelmed by all the other things that came with starting my own business. And so, this inclusion took a pretty big back seat for over a year, until now!

Everyone say hello to Plant Therapy essential oils, an essential oil brand that’s for the people, by the people! No gimmicks, no artificial additives, cruelty free, I could on and on. I am so excited to bring these to the table for all my beautiful clients, I am very picky about the products I put on my clients skins so to find this brand was amazing!

While I’m confident everyone will love these new oils as much as I do please always know the inclusion of aromatherapy is optional, and a fragrance free session will always be on offer to anyone who prefers 💕
