A week ago I was being taken away in an ambulance because I literally couldn’t walk… and today I’m up walking around on my own again! 🥹
It’s been one HELL of a week, but we’re making progress! 🙌🏼
I’m definitely not saying I’m ready to run a marathon anytime soon 😂 but I’ll happily take walking without assistance as a HUGE win!

Will lash extensions ruin your natural lashes? 👀✨
This is probably the most common question I get from clients who are considering lash extensions for the first time.
The short answer? No—not when they’re applied correctly.
Healthy lash extensions should never damage your natural lashes. A properly trained lash artist chooses extensions that your natural lashes can safely support. For example, if you have short or fine natural lashes, they simply aren’t strong enough to hold an extra-long or overly heavy extension. Applying lashes that are too heavy is what can lead to breakage—not lash extensions themselves.
This photo is from one of my amazing clients who came to me every 2–3 weeks for over a year. After removing her extensions, this is what her natural lashes looked like: healthy, full, and completely undamaged. 💜
Lash extensions don’t ruin your lashes—poor application does. That’s why choosing an educated, experienced lash artist matters.
