So thankful for a wonderful day and even more wonderful clients🥰

Something I swear by! I also wear a silk bonnet as well! This helps you to also go longer between washes!

As we start off year 2026 I feel like it’s time to do a reintroduction of myself and my little salon slice of heaven!

✨ Hello, y’all — I’m so glad you’re here. ✨
My name is Josie Rathbone and I’m the heart behind Southern Hairitage. I’m 37 years old, a proud follower of Jesus, a wife, and a mama to three incredible kids (one girl and two boys), plus one very loved God son. I am a true native of Haywood County, born and raised! Family means everything to me, and that belief carries straight into my salon chair.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll most likely find me cheering on my kids at sports, serving with the PTO at their school, riding our SXS with our family tribe, camping under the stars, or planning our next travel adventure. Life is full, busy, and beautiful—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve been blessed with 24 years in the salon industry, 16 of those years spent behind the chair, and I still find so much joy and honor in serving each and every client who sits with me. At Southern Hairitage, my clients quickly become family, and I don’t take that trust lightly. It’s truly a privilege to help you feel confident, cared for, and beautiful.
I offer men’s and women’s haircuts, blowouts, all-over color, highlights/lowlights, and balayage. Every color service is fully customized to fit you—your lifestyle, your hair goals, and what makes you feel your very best.
At this time, I have limited availability for new clients, but if you’re interested in joining the Southern Hairitage family, please feel free to send me a message or call/text me at (828) 550-8422. I’d love to connect and see if we’re the right fit.
Thank you for being here and supporting my little slice of Southern charm. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair. 🤍
— Josie❤️
