✨ UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES — EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ✨

I hate having to make posts like this, but after an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I have to make a few changes to my booking policies moving forward.

As we head into the holidays and one of the busiest times of the year, my appointment availability becomes extremely limited. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it leaves a spot that another client would have happily taken and often leaves me without enough time to fill it.

Effective immediately:

🤍 Deposits
• All color and extension services will require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to book.
• Haircut & blowout services will require a nonrefundable $10 deposit to book.
• Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your appointment.

🤍 Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.

🤍 Late Policy
I do have a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled so that I can stay on time for the rest of my clients. A $25 late fee will also apply.

I truly hate having to tighten my policies, but my time and my clients’ time are both valuable. I have so many clients who are waiting and hoping to get in sooner, especially during busy season, and I want to be fair to everyone.
