Just a little work day duet 💌

✨WHY SOME PEOPLE DON’T GET MASSAGES AND WHY THAT’S OKAY✨

There are lots of reasons people put off booking a massage:

•It’s too expensive
•There’s not enough time in the day
•It hurts too much
•I don’t like when people touch me
•I’m not in pain, so I don’t need one
•The LMT is too booked I’ll look next month
•I’m self conscious
•I don’t know what to expect
•It’s a luxury not part of healthcare
•My benefits don’t cover it fully
•I’ve had a bad experience before
•How do I find someone I can trust

Truth is, massage isn’t for everyone and that’s okay! But massage can be about so much more than pain relief or relaxation. It can help ease muscle tension, manage stress, improve mobility, or simply give you time to slow down.

And if you’re hesitant for any of the reasons above, ask me questions!!! Every session is yours, and I’m always happy to adjust things to make you feel comfortable🤎

Happy Sunday!!✨
Here are my openings this week if you’ve been meaning to get in!

You don’t find time for self-care.
You make it! Life isn’t going to slow down on its own.

There will always be another thing demanding your attention. The people who prioritize their well-being aren’t less busy, they’ve simply decided their health deserves a place on the calendar too.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. Book the massage. Your mind and body will thank you🤎
