🍂 A Reminder of Why I Am a Massage Therapist 🍂

Recently, I found myself lying on the massage table receiving a massage due to an ache in my scapula and subscapula area that radiated down into my right forearm, wrist, and hand. I was eagerly anticipating this treatment. By the time my third client arrived, I was ready for the day to come to a close. This can happen when I feel discomfort in certain areas of my body. Regardless of how I feel, I always give my clients my absolute best.

After my session, which was truly amazing, I experienced that delightful, yet painful release. In that moment, I reminded myself of my purpose as a massage therapist: to help my clients alleviate their pain to the best of my ability. Being a client myself allows me to understand how I want to assist you. It also gives me insight into my own aches, which I can channel into my practice.

I’m absolutely thrilled for my massage today! I’m feeling quite exhausted, and I can't help but sense a shift in the atmosphere. The air feels different, the sun has a new glow, and the weather is shaping up to be fantastic! I truly need some time to rest. My right shoulder definitely requires a lot of deep attention! The Winter Nights blend offers a soothing combination that will keep me grounded. I can’t wait to use it!!!
