Let’s talk self care! This winter has been awful for me. I have let my self care go away with seasonal depression but I’ve done a lot to get my self back to being me. ❤️. Tonight I took a hot relaxing shower, lathered up in a nice flowery smelling lotion. Warmed up some tea in my new favorite coffee cup and grabbed my self care journal.
