I am currently taking a pause in my medical education to go to cosmetology school. As much of a shocker as it is to most of you, I have talked to many people about this decision before I made it, including many of my educators. Cosmetology will help me further my education and degree in the medical field. When I graduate cosmetology school, I will be going back and finishing medical school. This is also helping me with all the loans I will be receiving in the medical field. I absolutely love the medical field and all aspects of that field. I know I will be going back even though most people may not believe I will, I know how passionate I am about the medical field and I know I will be going back. It was the toughest decision I've ever made to decide to go to cosmetology school or stay in medical school. I love makeup as well, and I'm so curious about it. As shocking as this may be to some people, considering I didn't wear makeup in high school or dress up, I was sort of a tom- boy obsessed with sports, but the last couple years I've been experiencing with makeup and I love it. I have learned so much about what works for me, what doesn't, what works for certain skin types, and what doesn't. I'm still experimenting and testing out with new makeup products all the time. I love making people feel good about themselves which is another reason I chose to go to cosmetology school. Although I'm not 100% sure of what kind of doctor I'm wanting to be in the medical field, but one of my options is being a plastic surgeon. This goes along with some of the aspects of my cosmetology license. On another note, I would love to do your hair, makeup, or nails. Call and book an appointment with me!!!
