I did not want to do this, but unfortunately after 3 no shows or late cancellations, I have to.

Lashing is not just a hobby of mine, it is my main source of income currently. When someone cancels or no shows, that can potentially set me back. That is a spot that I otherwise could have filled if given notice. When you cancel or no show a beauty professional, you are costing them the same price that they would have made had you shown up to your scheduled time! I am not saying this to be mean, I just want there to be an understanding. When you show up to work, you get paid. In the beauty industry, we rely on clients to show up so we can also be paid.

Because of this unfortunate circumstance that continues to arise, I will not be charging a $20 fee to secure your booking time. This is non-refundable. This is not a deposit that will be subtracted day of the appointment.

I have always had the policy of late cancellations being 50% of service due before rebooking. I have also had 100% of service due rebooking for those who no-show. Unfortunately with that, you usually never hear from that person again. These policies will still be in place.

If the issue continues to arise, I will have to raise that fee to 50% of the service before booking with me.

August gets crazy for my schedule so I will also start slowing down on accepting new clients to give my current clients a guarantee that I can still take them when school starts. As of right now, I can only take on about 7 new consistent lash clients before I’ll have to turn girls away :(
