Lashes should be applied one lash extension to one natural lash. These clumps, also known as clusters, are damaging the natural eyelash. And with repeated damage, sadly you will eventually have no real lashes left.

It’s not easy as a client to know if your lash artist is actually doing quality work, but if it hurts, if they’re all clumped, and if they tell you NOT TO WASH THEM; Know you need to get out ASAP.
