Every appointment booked at The Spa Space by Liz is exclusively time set aside just for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, or a guest does not attend , it doesn’t just leave a gap in my day. It means I have lost valuable appointment time while another client was waiting to be seen.

As a small business, I have client and equipment cost regardless of whether an appointment goes ahead. That’s why I have a cancellation policy. This can be seen on your booking confirmations and reminders, as well as my website. It is not to be harsh or make anyone feel guilty. It’s simply about protecting my time and ensure I can continue to give you the level of care I am known for.

I completely understand that life happens. If something happens, please let me know as soon as possible so I have the best chance of offering your appointment time to someone else.

After much deliberation, I have deemed it necessary to adjust my rates in order to keep pace with manufacturing, shipping and operating costs. Beginning August 1st 2022, there will be an increase in the prices of my services.
This was a tough decision to make, and I understand how it affects us all. I do not take this lightly!! Therefore, I thank you for your ongoing support and trust that these changes will help me continue providing you with premium quality and service.

This past year, unfortunately, has hit all of us. If you haven’t been paying attention, let me break the news: materials are very expensive these days. Headlines screaming about delays in the supply chain means that I’ve been on the receiving end of plenty of price increase letters.

And to be honest, I don’t mind. We all have to make a living and sometimes, that means price hikes.

As a business owner, I have looked at every way to keep my prices the same. But I have come to the conclusion that unless I want to lower my standard with the products I use in the services I provide, which I will NOT do because you all deserve the best, I will be having a price increase starting January 1st, 2022.
