Time for the eternal battle of cats vs dogs! This month will be a head to head battle between Brindle Posse Dog Rescue and Right Meow Cat Rescue! Two amazing local rescues that work to give our canine and feline friends loving and permanent homes!

We will be closing early on Saturday the 13th at 2pm to go out to the Roc City Roller Derby game and do some hair tinsel for a good cause! We will be offering both teams colors (but go Roc City obviously) as well as Rainbow, Oilslick and several other colors will be available!

Half of our earnings will go back to the Roc City Roller Derby, so come on out watch a game and get some shiny Hair Tinsel while your at it!

Let me start off this post with an important tidbit, we at Emerald Hair Salon don't offer updos to clients, BUT some curls and a simple braid bun i can do! Our girl here didn't trust anyone else with her hair for prom (because she loves us and we are great) but we established our limited skill range on updos and formal styling and she worked with us so well on a compromise of something we felt comfortable that would look good and something she wanted!

We are not updo specialist but if your willing to work within our skill range we are always happy to do what we can for you, and if we can't we know several great updo stylists that can give you what you need!
