The Bionic Diet
(Before you start, carefully read the instructions in the previous post)
Week One
Daily Breakfast: Half an orange or grapefruit + (1-2) boiled eggs (the orange can be consumed as fresh juice).
(Saturday)
Lunch: One type of fruit in any quantity: orange, tangerine, strawberry, pear, apple, peach, cantaloupe, watermelon, guava, or any other fruit except (mango, figs, banana, grapes, dates).
Dinner: Grilled or boiled meat (slices, pieces, or minced (kofte) without fat, preferably beef, veal, or goat meat, and avoid lamb meat.
(Sunday)
Lunch: Boiled or grilled chicken (skin removed well after grilling or boiling) with tomatoes.
One orange or grapefruit.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs.
Salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green pepper, arugula, carrots).
1 toast (or a quarter of a toasted bread of any kind).
1 orange or grapefruit.
(Monday)
Lunch: Cottage cheese (or fat-free white cheese) in any quantity.
1 toast (or a quarter of a toasted bread of any kind).
Tomatoes.
Dinner: Grilled or boiled meat (as above).
(Tuesday)
Lunch: One type of fruit in any quantity (as above).
Dinner: Grilled or boiled meat (as above).
(Wednesday)
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs.
Boiled vegetables (zucchini, beans, spinach, carrots, peas, okra, molokhia, cabbage, cauliflower).
Dinner: Grilled fish or shrimp, or tuna drained from oil, washed, or tuna in water.
1 orange or grapefruit.
(Thursday)
Lunch: One type of fruit in any quantity (as above).
Dinner: Grilled or boiled meat (as above).
Salad (as above).
(Friday)
Lunch: Boiled or grilled chicken (as above).
1 tomato.
Boiled vegetables (as above).
1 orange or grapefruit.
Dinner: Boiled vegetables (as above).
(Beverages allowed: diet drinks, coffee, tea, and herbal teas without sugar. Carrots or cucumbers can be consumed between meals (choose one type) but two hours before the meal.)
Week Two

Dinner: A mix of fresh fruits in any quantity: orange, tangerine, strawberry, pear, apple, peach, cantaloupe, watermelon, guava, or any other fruit except (mango, figs, banana, grapes, dates).

Lunch: Boiled or grilled chicken (as above).
Tomato.
Boiled vegetables (as above).
1 orange or grapefruit.
Dinner: Boiled vegetables (as above).
Week Three
(Saturday)
Throughout the day: Any type of fruit in any quantity, at any time, and in any combination except (grapes, mangoes, dates, figs, bananas, and figs).
(Sunday)
Throughout the day: Any type of boiled vegetables and any type of salad (all vegetables are allowed except potatoes and dry legumes).
(Monday)
Throughout the day: Any of the previously mentioned fruits and any type of boiled vegetables in any quantity and at any time (as above).
(Tuesday)
Throughout the day: Grilled or boiled fish, shrimp, or tuna drained in any quantity with salad (as above).
(Wednesday)
Throughout the day: Grilled or boiled meat or chicken in any quantity.
Boiled vegetables (as above).
(Thursday and Friday)
One type of fruit for two days in any quantity and at any time (only apple, pear, peach, orange, cantaloupe, apricot, and guava).
Week Four
The mentioned quantity for each day is distributed throughout the day without a specific schedule but without any increase.
(Saturday)
4 slices of grilled meat or 4 pieces of boiled meat or a quarter of boiled chicken.
3 tomatoes.
4 cucumbers.
One large can of tuna drained from oil or washed with water.
1 toast (or a quarter of a toasted bread).
1 orange or grapefruit.
(Sunday)
2 slices of grilled meat (maximum 5/1 kg).
3 tomatoes.
4 cucumbers.
1 toast or a quarter of a toasted bread.
1 apple or guava or pear or a slice of cantaloupe or watermelon.
1 orange or grapefruit.
(Monday)
1 tablespoon of cottage cheese (or any fat-free white cheese).
1 can of tuna drained from oil.
Small plate of boiled vegetables.
2 tomatoes.
2 cucumbers.
1 toast (or a quarter of a toasted bread).
1 orange or grapefruit.
(Tuesday)
Half a boiled or grilled chicken.
3 tomatoes.
4 cucumbers.

A quarter of a boiled or grilled chicken.

Important Instructions Before Starting the Bionic Diet plan:
1. It is essential to drink plenty of water.
2. Boil vegetables in water. You may add salt, onions, garlic, or spices (except chili). You can also add lemon, vinegar, and parsley.
3. Do not add any oil, butter, ghee, fats, or grease, and remove chicken skin or any visible fat from meat.
4. You can drink tea or coffee at any time (without adding sugar, milk, or coffee whitener), but you can sweeten it with any sugar substitute except fruit sugar.
5. You can drink a cup of soda at any time, as well as one or two cans of diet or light soda.
6. When feeling hungry, you can consume any amount of cucumber, carrots, or lettuce while considering the following:
- Eat it after two hours of the main meal.
- Consume only one type of these vegetables between each main meal throughout the day.
7. Follow the diet AS IS, with the same quantity, and do not interchange lunch with dinner or vice versa. If a quantity is not mentioned, you can consume that item until you feel full, but if a quantity is specified, you must adhere to it.
8. If you remove any food, NOTHING should be substituted in its place.
9. If you want to track your weight, use a digital scale, and measure it once in the morning after using the bathroom and wearing light sleepwear.
10. Very important: Do not stop the diet at any stage and resume it from the day you stopped, but start again from the beginning if any mistake occurs.
11. It is essential to engage in any type of exercise (about 30 minutes), preferably jogging, stationary biking, swimming, or aerobics (the body should reach a sweating phase and panting while exercising).
12. After the diet, you will quickly feel full even with a small amount of food, which will help you maintain weight for many months or several years, provided you moderate your consumption of starches and sugars.
13. If you want to repeat the diet, it's preferable to repeat the first week twice, then the fourth week twice.
14. It's advisable to involve a friend, sibling, spouse, or partner in practicing the Bionic cdiet to encourage you.
15. Complete adherence to meal sequence without any errors is crucial because this program depends on the quality and order of food, not the quantity or calorie content.
16. Take this plan seriously with strong determination and do not let anything discourage you from continuing with the same determination.

A diet that never die... The Chemical Diet ...! (Original Version)
I designed “the Chemical Diet” in the mid-1990s as a method for rapid weight loss of up to 20 kilograms (45 lbs) or more in just 4 weeks. It was named "The Rapid Chemical Diet" or as everyone called it, "Dr. Osama Hamdy's Diet." Its results were indeed amazing as it pushed the body to burn fat rapidly, especially when combined with exercise. I used to give it to my patients who suffer from obesity or type 2 diabetes in printed sheets, then it was printed in a book that was reprinted dozens of times. I never imagined or even crossed my mind that thousands would continue to contact me about it until today from all over the world. It has been translated into many languages and published on tens of thousands of pages on social media and websites, as well as in hundreds of magazines and books. Despite the dozens of other diet plans over the past quarter century, "The Chemical Diet" remains the safest, fastest, and the most reliable way to lose weight if followed without modification or distortion. I published this diet plan and did not charge anyone a fee and distributed it as a free service, and an ongoing charity to benefit others. All I asked from those who tried it and lost weight is to write their personal experience in the comments.
Today, after 30 years since its publication, I have decided to share it with you in its original version. It seems like the chemical diet plan will never die, so I prefer to called “The Bionic Diet”
