This is Dr. Patti Fletcher , and getting to know her has been such a gift.

She is brilliant, accomplished, incredibly driven and one of the most energetic people you’ll meet. Her list of accomplishments is long, but it’s her personality and the way she lights up a room that I love most.

We had the pleasure of getting Patti ready at Studio 28 for her Talk, and I couldn’t be more proud to see her take that stage.

I always want my brides to be part of the process. I let them see their reflection throughout their makeup, and I take photos along the way so they can see how everything is translating on camera, too.

Because the goal isn’t just for me to love the makeup. It’s for my bride to look at herself and think, “YES. This feels like me.” 🤍

The wedding day look actually starts at the trial. 🤎

Inspiration photos are just the beginning. At the trial, we talk about what she loves, what she wants to personalize and what will make her feel like the most beautiful version of herself.

And then she wears it. She gets to see how it feels, how she feels in it and what, if anything, she wants to tweak.

That’s where the confidence comes in. She knows she can communicate those little changes to me because she trusts that my artistry will take care of the rest.

Then wedding morning arrives. She gets back into my chair, we review those changes, make the adjustments and create a little makeup magic. ✨

For this bride, that meant a bronzey, sunny glow, warm brown shadows, a blush that really pops (her signature look) soft liner and beautiful waves.

The inspo starts the conversation. The trial builds the trust. And the wedding day brings it all to life. 🤎

Meanwhile, my clients and I are laughing, catching up, telling stories and having entirely too much fun. 💃🏼😂

Today was a wonderfully busy day filled with new clients and longtime clients who have been coming back to me for years. There’s something really special about watching those relationships grow over time. 🤍
