Bookkeeping and customer service experience strongly preferred, but will be provided if needed. Pay structure varies based on skill set.
Initial responsibilities include:
-Opening the office
-Booking appointments
-Managing schedule
-Answering emails/calls/social media
-Pulling files and preparing charts
-Checking out clients
-Providing customer service

We have finished booking our priority waitlist clients, and we will begin contacting clients on our regular waitlist. We appreciate everyone’s patience. The safety of our clients is our highest priority. We will be confirming everyone’s email at the time of booking an appointment, and you will be sent a video about our updated policies.

We have had to wait for today’s announcement before we could respond to clients. Our phone system was down for a short period of time, it has been corrected.
We apologize for any inconvenience. It has been impossible to operate the business to satisfaction from outside the office. We will be updating clients again Thursday PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE on our voicemail.
