Emotion, whether it's love, joy, anger, hate etc, only happens when you give power to it. This making emotions illusionary!

It is human nature to just believe what ever we read, see or hear without questioning it. Most of what we think we know to be truth has been told to us as a child and accepted. We struggle through life because Falsehoods create complications in the natural flow of our lives. Some of us believe an idea so hard that we immediately shut down another persons idea or teachings without ever knowing the truth and thus stop our spiritual growth. And what i find most fascinating is that most of the close-mindedness comes from people who claims themselves to be spiritual or religious.

So if you could take 1 idea that you believe is the most truthful in your world, create the 3rd party reality and do a bit of Shadow boxing (aka Shadow work) with this idea and how it controls your life, you might find limitations that come from within...

How can you expect growth if you've already put limitations to yourself?
