It’s Richard Murray, the massage therapist here at Auburn. I know I don’t post often, but I figured it was a good time to update everyone on where I am in my educational journey.

As many of you know, I’m working toward becoming either a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant. I just completed the first stage of that journey—an Associate of Applied Science degree. I still have between two and four years of schooling ahead of me.

That said, I don’t anticipate reducing my hours or stepping away from massage without giving at least a year’s notice.

I’ve been doing this for twenty years now—which blows my mind—and I sincerely thank each one of you for giving me a fulfilling and meaningful career. I have no intention of ending it anytime soon.
