Hi Fit Mamas!!

I took some time off in December and as many of you know; I haven't resumed classes. Life has been crazy and unfortunately I can't dedicate enough time to keeping the group running as strong as it has for the past five years. I miss you all immensely and wish there was a way I can keep this business going. Due to the costs involved in running the meetup page, I'll discontinue using it. I think it would still be fun to get together for random workouts and group races...so I'll post events and info on this page. Feel free to contact me here...this group has been a lifesaver for me during those pregnant/postpartum/newborn/toddler/pre-­schooler stages that were so so difficult...and I know many of you have said the same...that's the saddest part of ending this group...i'll always be here if any of you mamas need to talk/vent/get out of the house before going crazy :)
