Barber Position – All Cuts Barbershop

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated barber to join All Cuts Barbershop.

• Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 9am–4pm.
• Time off or vacation must be approved by Cynthia.
• We expect you to be here during scheduled shop hours — consistency is everything in this shop.

Appointments & Walk-Ins
• All appointments are kept in our handwritten appointment book. If you book a client on your phone or at home, you must write it in the shop book to avoid double-booking.
• We get a heavy flow of calls and walk-ins — that’s exactly why being physically present is important.
• Clients who call or walk in are All Cuts clients, and the goal is to help you build your own client base through them.

Pricing & Clients
• Clients pay the shop prices listed on the wall unless they are already an established personal client of yours.

Rent
• Booth rent is paid weekly on Saturdays.
• We don’t take commission — you keep what you earn. We only ask rent and occasional help with small shop needs (like candy or supplies).

Expectations
• Show up on time and ready to work. Not showing up or being unavailable during shop hours is not acceptable.
• This job is simple if you show up: promote yourself, provide good service, and All Cuts will promote you as well.
• With consistency, you can easily grow your clientele and make great money here.

All Cuts was built by Mike with one goal: to help barbers succeed and to give clients good cuts at fair prices. This shop is a blessing for the right barber — you get to make your own money, build your own reputation, and be part of a community-focused barbershop.
