Permanent color vs Demi color ! Permanent color lifts, and swells an opens cuticle so the color will fade faster and it will always fade warm. Demi permanent doesn’t lift the base as it fades. It doesn’t fade as warm and it stays longer bc it doesn’t blast the cuticle wide open each time.
