Anybody I know who needs to borrow a generator let me know, it's big enough for fridge freezer lights and fans, have some gas to go with it as well.

8 years ago today this little man changed my world forever. The first thing the doctor in the NICU told his mother and I was that we had a fighter on our hands and not to worry. Boy was he right. He was induced into a coma almost immediately after birth, a few days later when they woke him up, the first thing he did was pull out all his life support.

Those of you following this journey, and those that have met Sebastian know he is one of a kind. My last patient of the day yesterday, who I had never met was a preacher, he asked me what I was up to this weekend and I told him it was little man's birthday. He then asked if he could pray over me, of course I said yes, his prayer was so on point with Sebastian's personality and his fighting spirit it gave me chill bumps and a few tears.

Anyways, he's the kid laughing during wall squats, nothing better to define him at this stage.

Like many I use FB as a history for Sebastian when he's old enough to want to know.

Happy birthday boogs, daddy loves you.

Go hard, do the next right thing, and pay attention to detail.
