Fade Masters is a modern barbershop that specializes on the latest haircuts as well as traditional haircuts. Come in and feel comfortable in a family oriented atmosphere where you can watch the latest movies and your kids can play X-box in our game room while you wait. Our experience barbers will gladly take care you and give you the look you want and deserve.
The other day I had the privilege of speaking with the students at AIB School in St. Petersburg.
There’s something special about barbers who are just coming out of school. Some shop owners avoid hiring them because they lack experience, but I see it differently. Those are the barbers who are hungry, motivated, and ready to learn.
If you invest time into teaching them the right habits, skills, and mindset, they can go on to build amazing careers.
Big thanks to Mrs. Rachel for the invitation. It’s always a pleasure stopping by and giving back to the next generation of barbers.
The future of this industry is sitting in those classrooms.
