Rest, reset, and let God refill what life has or is trying to drain you of, weather that be your peace, your joy, your strength, your confidence, your hope, and your purpose. Due to a sprained ankle, we will be closed today through Monday while I rest, recover, and stay off this foot before I try to turn a sprain into a season 😂🙏🏾

GRWM while I answer: “Why are you so intentional about growth now?”

Because somebody had to show me different first. Taking my walk with Christ seriously opened my eyes to healing, growth, accountability, and breaking cycles I thought were normal. And honestly… that same approach flows into how I care for people in the treatment room too. Healing is deeper than skin sometimes.

My Pastor once told me, “Sometimes you’re the only Bible people see.”
So before the skincare, before the facials, before the education… I want people to feel love, grace, healing, and God through me first.

And if all they came for was a facial, but left feeling lighter, encouraged, seen, or like a stronghold broke off of them too… then I did exactly what God needed me to do.

Tretinoin update 👀✨

If you know, you know… tretinoin will humble you before it heals you 😅

These photos are from the beginning of my journey up until today. Yes, I experienced some purging, but so far no peeling, flaking, or excessive dryness. And now… I’m finally starting to see visible improvement.

Healing and correction often require the skin to go through a period of adjustment before improvement becomes visible, and THAT’S the hard part.

I told you guys Monday we were going to go deeper into my health journey, but I didn’t think it was going to get this deep. I went in expecting to start iron infusions… left with an unexpected report instead. Nonetheless, I’m Still trusting God. Still protecting my peace. Still healing. Last night was barrier repair night so guess what tonight is Tretinoin night… and we have a lot to talk about. 🥹✨
