Downtown West Bend Men’s Grooming Specialist !!!!CANCELLATIONS/LATE APPOINTMENTS!!!! I have seen a rise in the amount of no show and late clients.
As a small business owner-my income is based solely upon the barber services provided to my clients. I do my best to provide excellent service and consistency every time, but when a client is late it can impact my service and other clients with appointments after yours. Late appointments will only be given 10 minutes on the dot after their scheduled time to show, not 10 minutes and seconds later-literally 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes is up you will be marked as a No-Show-which means you do not get to keep your appointment for the day. If this is an occurring situation I will be adding a card on file to charge 50% of the service. At least 6 hour advanced cancellation is needed unless communicated otherwise-I understand life happens so PLEASE communicate. The SQUARE app will allow you to cancel your appointment or you can call/text me @ 262-853-1116. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a NO-SHOW which financially hurts your barber’s income for the day. After a 2nd No-show – to book your appointment you must add a credit card on file to guarantee your barber will be paid time in case you have another No-show. After a 3rd No-show I will no longer accept your appointments. Unfortunately-I must enforce these policies so I can be respectful of my next client’s appointment & both of our time. I understand West Bend traffic, construction and parking can be a nightmare so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to the shop. I do want to thank everyone who is on time or gives me a heads up if a situation occurs, it’s greatly appreciated! Thank you & I Appreciate you all.

Well… it’s OFFICIAL🎉
Beards & Shears is moving.
Starting October 1-I’ll be at the new location!!!
I’ve wanted to make a move out of downtown West Bend for a while and the right opportunity finally came along.
Most importantly-I HAVE A PARKING LOT!!!!! No more fighting for downtown parking, especially on Saturdays.
Still in West Bend-just a new location.
I’ll be sharing the progress, updates and new address soon!

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE
Effective immediately, I will now require 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. The previous 24 hour policy is no longer working and I am scrambling and on my phone CONSTANTLY taking time away from my family, clients and others who need in.
I completely understand that emergencies happen and life comes up. However, repeated last minute cancellations and rescheduling have a very real impact on my business and my income. This is my career and how I support my family-IT IS NOT A HOBBY!!!!
When an appointment is changed at the last minute, I often cannot refill that time. I have also spent a lot of time coming in early, staying late, or rearranging my personal schedule to accommodate clients. Going forward, I will no longer be doing that unless an additional accommodation fee applies. My time away from work and with my family matters too.
Please plan appointments carefully and give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to make a change.
I truly appreciate the clients who respect my time, my schedule, and my business.
