Listening to the automatic millionaire has me thinking about my conversations with my financial advisor.
Things like “legacy” building and making sure I can still cover my expenses if something happened to me.
If I had this opportunity years ago when I was going through intense medical surveillance on my nerves and neck, I would have felt such an immense relief to having a long term plan.
If you’re a stylist, my question to you is what is your plan? Do you have a way to still run a business if you get hurt?
I’m sure for 99% of you the answer is no. And if you’re seeing this video, it’s not by mistake. I tried it all. Adding more. Doing more. Saving more. However, why not just add something that can work with you just like long term investing?
Send me a dm and we can chat about how this works and I can share with you how we can incorporate this into your world. You just have to start.

If you’re new here, here are a few things about me that have absolutely nothing to do with work.
Because as much as I love building businesses, chasing big goals and being ambitious, I’ve realized I want my life résumé to be just as full as my work résumé.
I’m a mom, and being present for my kids is one of my biggest measures of success.
I love my marriage and continuing to choose and invest in the life we’re building together. Even in a season with little kids, we still spend time together.
I’m obsessed with Pilates and the gym because getting physically stronger has built so much confidence and strength in my mind, too.
I love adult friendships, hobbies, laughing way too hard and making time for fun. We’re all busy but these relationships have meant more to me in this season than before.
And I’ll always choose travel, new experiences and collecting memories with the people I love. Stretching myself out of my comfort zone is always a way I can grow.
I have really big goals for my career. There is no ceiling.
I just never want my work to be the most interesting thing about me.
Here’s to building a really impressive life résumé, too. Let’s hear yours! ⬇️

Let’s debunk what “network marketing” actually means when you’re a hairstylist.
Because I know what some of you hear:

MLM.
Recruiting.
Cold messaging strangers.
Posting shampoo 47 times a week.
Becoming that girl on the internet.
Ew, right!?
That’s not how I built this.
As stylists, we’ve been “network marketing” our entire careers.
We recommend the products we believe in.
We educate our clients.
We build trust.
Our clients tell their friends about us.
We grow through referrals.
We create communities around our chairs.
The difference?
I finally partnered with a company where I had the opportunity to participate in more of the growth I was already helping create.
I can recommend products without carrying thousands of dollars of inventory on my shelves.
My clients can shop through their own accounts and take advantage of company promotions.
I can build beyond the number of appointments I personally have available.
And if another stylist sees what I’m doing and wants to build her own business alongside mine? I can mentor her too.
THAT is the part of network marketing I wish more stylists understood.
It doesn’t have to replace your chair.
It can be another lane attached to the trust, education and relationships you’ve already spent years building.
You can hate the stereotype and still be willing to understand the business model.
I did.
And I’m really glad I looked past what I thought network marketing was.
DM me STYLIST if you want me to show you what this can actually look like behind the chair! I’m ready for yah.

One of the most underrated steps in your wash routine: oiling your hair BEFORE you shampoo.
I use REJUVENIQE Light Oil as a pre-shampoo treatment through my mids + ends, especially when my hair is feeling dry, dull or needs a little extra love.
Why before shampoo?
Your lengths + ends are the oldest, most fragile part of your hair. Giving them that extra nourishment before cleansing helps support softer, smoother, more manageable hair without weighing it down.
Lightweight moisture
Softer, healthier-feeling ends
Less frizz + more shine
Perfect for finer hair that doesn’t love heavy oils
An easy way to give dry lengths some extra care
It’s such a simple habit, but one I think WAY more people should have in their routine.
And perfect timing, REJUVENIQE Light happens to be 50% off today.
If you want to know how I use it based on your hair type, message me OIL!

“Oh, I have a water softener, so I don’t have hard water.”

(I hear this ALL the time. 👀)

But having a water softener doesn’t necessarily mean your hair is free from mineral buildup. AND your hair + scalp may be showing you the signs.
Sticky or coated hair.
A tacky, flaky scalp.
Dry, brittle ends.
Color fading quickly or turning brassy.
Hair that looks dull no matter what you put on it.
And here’s where people often go wrong: they assume their hair needs more moisture and start piling on products.
Sometimes, we need to remove what’s sitting on the hair before we add anything else.
Your hair is always giving us clues — my job is figuring out what they’re actually telling us.
Wisconsin girls, our water can be HUMBLING. 😂
DM me “DETOX” and I’ll send you my go-to detox shampoo to help remove mineral + product buildup without stripping your color.

I’ve spent a lot of my life believing that growth meant adding MORE.
More clients.
More goals.
More opportunities.
More titles.
More proof that I was capable of doing it all.
And lately, growth has looked a lot more like getting quiet enough to ask:

What actually deserves to come with me into this next season?
Because I don’t want to stop being ambitious.
I don’t want a smaller life.
I actually think I’m dreaming bigger than I ever have.
I just don’t believe anymore that bigger has to mean busier.
Some versions of me are evolving.
Some things I once worked really hard for might not fit forever.
And some of the things I’m building now require me to stop moving long enough to see where I actually want to go.
Maybe the next level isn’t doing more.
Maybe it’s becoming incredibly intentional about what gets my time, my energy, and my yes.
Still ambitious. Just no longer available for being busy for the sake of being busy.
Anyone else in this season? The weird in between, the knowing of you you’ve worked so hard to become can’t be the one to take you to who you want to be? Cause same!

385 days is all this took.
Last night I officially qualified for Market Mentor + Car Rank — top 1% of MONAT.
And today?
It’s my ONE YEAR anniversary. 🥹
The hardest part of this year wasn’t the work.
It was letting myself go all in.
What will people think?
Are they judging me?
Are the speculations true?
Am I really an “MLM girl” now? 😂
But here’s what I’ve actually learned in one year:

I’ve met some of the most authentic, driven women . Women who want to see me win even outside of this company.
I’ve earned 3 MMB retreats, a fully paid Hawaii trip for my husband and me, qualified for a Bahamas cruise, and now a luxury vehicle.
But the biggest win?
Who I’ve had to become to do it.
This business rewards you when you do the work, but it also shows you exactly where you need to grow.
Where you’re afraid of judgment.
Where you’re waiting for permission.
Where you’re still playing small.
And I learned something else:

I didn’t NEED this opportunity. I WANTED it.
I already had a career.
I already had a business.
I was already “successful”.
But I wanted another stream of income. Another community. Another challenge. Another vehicle to create the life I could see for my family.
You don’t have to hate your life to desire more for it.
Nobody else is living your life. You are.
So if you’ve been watching me thinking, “I don’t need this… but I wonder what I could do with it?”
Maybe you don’t need a better reason.
Wanting more is enough.
Year one: top 1%.
Year two: unavailable for playing small + the excuses that come along with it.
And, as always. I’m available to chat with you about what this could do for you + your future too!

Your hair is keeping receipts.
It notices the nights you don’t sleep.
The meals you skip.
The stress you normalize.
The gut you ignore.
The hydration you forget.
The months you spend trying to out-supplement a lifestyle that isn’t supporting you.
And yes, I believe in great shampoo, targeted topicals, supplementation, lasers and advanced treatments. I use them. I recommend them.
But I refuse to pretend they can replace the foundation.
Hair is a luxury tissue. When the body is under-resourced or under stress, growing beautiful hair isn’t always at the top of its priority list.
So sometimes the least sexy things become the most important things:

Movement.
Whole foods.
Protein.
Gut health.
Minerals + hydration.
Sleep.
Stress regulation.
Hair growth isn’t just about what you put on your scalp. It’s about the environment you’re asking your follicles to grow in.
Master the basics. Then get strategic with the rest.
That’s the difference between chasing hair growth and actually understanding it.
